1930s COTTAGE REMODEL & ADDITION

Tupper Road cottage has been lovingly used by a single family as a summer escape for generations. GRB worked in partnership with a local arborist and sawmill to bring this 1930s era cabin into the modern age for daily use. Using materials and trees harvested from the site, GRB created an open concept design with the addition of 700 sq ft, a full kitchen remodel, two custom bedroom suites and a deck with patio. The main suite features a bedroom, full bath, his & hers walk-in closets and a home office with custom bookshelves. Bricks from the original chimney were re-purposed for use as an outdoor patio space that extends from the new deck.
