This mature Spanish Wing of a Black Mountain cottage was in need of bedroom and bathroom upgrades to make it a vacation rental. A private spa escape was created for visitors complete with custom finished floors and tile, a new shower/body spray system, specialty door and all new plumbing. To open up the space and create a more inviting atmosphere, a loft was removed.
